Cookie Policy

Cookies and local storage keep you signed in, remember your cart, and help us understand which pages are useful.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

What cookies are

Cookies and browser local storage are small pieces of data a site stores on your device. They let a site remember your session and preferences between page loads and visits.

Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Authentication session tokens that keep you signed in to your member dashboard.
  • Checkout state so a payment session can be completed and matched to your order.
  • Security tokens that protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
  • Your cookie preference itself, so we do not ask again on every page.

Analytics and performance (optional)

With your consent we use aggregate analytics to count page views, measure load performance, and see which articles and packages people find useful. These are not used to identify you individually and are not sold.

Marketing cookies

PodcastPayout does not currently run third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any such cookie is set.

How long cookies last

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
  • Authentication tokens persist for the length of your signed-in session, typically up to 30 days.
  • Your cookie consent choice is stored for 12 months.

Changing your preferences

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer to reopen the consent banner and change your choice at any time. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings — note that clearing them will sign you out.
