Refund Policy

Digital program — 14 days

Every package includes the self-paced digital podcast program. You may request a full refund of the digital program within 14 days of purchase if it is not the right fit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Gear packages — unopened returns

• Creator ($197) — free wireless Bluetooth microphone kit.
• Influencer ($297) — free tripod / film kit.
• Studio ($497) — free two-person podcast studio kit.
• Gear packages are refundable when the equipment is returned unopened and in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
• If the gear has been opened or used, the value of the kit is deducted from the refund and only the digital program portion is returned.

Damaged or missing items

If a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@podcastpayout.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will replace the item or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Custom package ($10,000)

The Custom done-for-you launch is a bespoke service. Because work begins immediately after the consultation and scope agreement, refunds are handled under the milestone terms of that agreement rather than the 14-day digital window. Unstarted milestones are refundable.

How to request a refund

• Email info@podcastpayout.com from the address used at checkout, or call 786-353-0784.
• Include your order reference and the reason for the request.
• For gear returns we will send return instructions; ship the kit back unopened within 14 days of receiving them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of program access.
