Acceptance of terms

By accessing podcastpayout.com, creating an account, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

What we provide

• Launch — $97: the complete self-paced digital podcast program plus the full book library.
• Creator — $197: the program plus a free wireless Bluetooth microphone kit.
• Influencer — $297: the program plus a free tripod / film kit.
• Studio — $497: the program plus a free two-person podcast studio kit.
• Custom — $10,000: a done-for-you launch including custom website, account setups, branding, marketing, and launch support, delivered under a separate scope agreed in your consultation.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

License and intellectual property

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program, book library, templates, scripts, and checklists for your own podcast. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share account access, or use the materials to build a competing course or coaching product. All content remains the property of PodcastPayout.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Package prices are one-time payments unless stated otherwise at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Gear kits and shipping

Gear kits included with the Creator, Influencer, and Studio packages ship to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and specific models may be substituted for an item of equal or better specification if a product is unavailable. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: 14 days on the digital program, and gear packages refundable when equipment is returned unopened. The Custom package is a bespoke service and is governed by the scope agreement signed after your consultation.

No income guarantee

PodcastPayout is educational. Podcast results depend on your niche, effort, consistency, and market conditions. We do not guarantee downloads, sponsorships, or any level of revenue. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, or bulk-download program content, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material through any form on the site.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party services

The program references third-party platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, hosting providers, and equipment retailers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodcastPayout's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or unlawful use, without refund where the breach is material.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
