Who we are

PodcastPayout ("PodcastPayout", "we", "us") is a United States–based digital education company that sells self-paced podcast training, podcast gear kits, and done-for-you podcast launch services at https://podcastpayout.com. You can reach us at info@podcastpayout.com or 786-353-0784.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password credentials handled by our authentication provider (we never store plain-text passwords).
• Order data: package purchased, amount, order status, and shipping address for packages that include a physical gear kit.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only a payment reference and status.
• Consultation requests: the name, email, phone, and project details you submit for the Custom package.
• Newsletter data: the email address you submit to our subscribe form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through server logs and optional analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and give you access to purchased program content.
• To process payments, fulfill gear-kit shipping, and provide customer support.
• To respond to consultation requests and deliver launch services you have engaged us for.
• To send transactional email (receipts, account and order notifications) and, where you opted in, newsletter email.
• To detect fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve site performance and content.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

• Contract: providing the program, gear kits, and services you purchased.
• Consent: newsletter email and optional analytics cookies (withdrawable at any time).
• Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and consumer-protection record keeping.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with processors who help us operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, and shipping partners for gear kits. Each is bound to use the data only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

Account and order records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution — typically seven years. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights and choices

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing info@podcastpayout.com.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
• Manage cookie preferences at any time from the cookie banner or the Cookie Policy page.
• California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.

Children

PodcastPayout is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, email info@podcastpayout.com and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access PodcastPayout from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced by email or a site notice.
